Our mortuary offers a comfortably sized funeral chapel in National City. It has facilities for private consultations, arrangements, visitation and services.
San Diego Mortuary, formerly operated as Heath Funeral Home, is an independent mortuary. It continues to be family owned and managed, now by the King family who has been serving San Diego county communities since 1950.

Our handicapped-accessible facility offers ample on-site parking. Our chapel is designed to meet any family’s needs, whether for a small intimate service or a large public gathering. The chapel provides comfortable seating for over 100 guests and creates a peaceful environment for services of all kinds.
To best care for the families we serve, displays of caskets and urns are located on site, providing convenience during the planning process. Please refer to our Merchandise section for more information.
